The Pin-Up Kitchen

A 50% non refundable retainer is required to save your date. All balances are due 5 business days before pick-up or delivery. Since the purpose of the retainer is to reserve that date for you, any changes to the date will require a new retainer. Your initial retainer covers our losses for the cancelled date including supplies, labor and/or loss of potential client orders . Last minute changes to your order are required to be made at least 5 business days prior to event date. We accept cash and online payments via Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp. Paypal and credit cards are subjected to a 3% processing fee.If cakes are being picked up by a client or third party, clients are responsible for the care and condition of their ordered goods once it leaves our establishment and The Pin-up kitchen and/or affiliates are no longer responsible for loss, damage or design discrepancies. By paying your retainer or deposit youve acknowledged you’ve read our policies and accept the terms outlined. We reserve the right to refuse any client or order request.
